MSc/BSc projects

We currently have an MSc project available in our bacteriophage/tailocin research line. The project can be formulated based on your preferences and can involve experiments (experimental evolution, single particle/cell fluorescence microscopy) and/or theory (analysis of single particle live-cell microscopy movies and modelling of the phage/tailocin-cell interactions).

The project is suitable for students from biology and physics  programs and possibly from other programs with relevant skills. For more information, please contact Bertus Beaumont.
